TRIAL OF TRUTH

Not every voice deserves your trust.

Some distort Scripture. Some soften truth to make it palatable. Some speak loudly while standing on absolutely nothing solid.

The deeper you go into the War Room, the more critical your discernment becomes. You must practice exegesis drawing the truth out of the text rather than projecting your own assumptions onto it. Before moving forward, you must anchor yourself in what is actually written.

THE DIRECTIVE
  • Read one full chapter of Scripture carefully.
  • Do not rush through it.
  • Do not search for commentaries or opinions first.
  • Let the text speak before outside voices do.

Execute Self-Interrogation:

  • “What does this text actually say?”
  • “What cultural or personal assumptions did I bring into it?”
  • “Am I building my beliefs from the Word of God, or from the opinions of people?”

Write down one irrefutable truth that stood out clearly to you.

A strong foundation is not built on emotion alone. It is built on truth that remains standing when everything else shakes.

“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.”
