JESUS DEFINED
Before anything else, this needs to be clear.
[ X ] Jesus is not just a teacher.
[ X ] Jesus is not just a prophet.
[ X ] Jesus is not just a good man.
JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD.
That is not a title invented by men.
It is His very nature.
Scripture establishes this completely.
“but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.”
JESUS IS THE CHRIST
He is the chosen Rescue promised from the very beginning.
JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD
He was never created.
He has existed eternally, sharing the exact nature of God.
“I and the Father are one.”
“For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily.”
Every attribute and perfection of God is present in Jesus.
[ X ] Not partially.
[ X ] Not temporarily.
FULLY.
THE EXACT EXPRESSION
If you want to know what God is like, you look at Jesus.
He is not just a reflection.
He is the exact expression of God.
“He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature.”
WHY IT MATTERS
Your faith is not a collection of ideas.
It is built on a living person.
Jesus is who Scripture reveals Him to be. Because of that, He commands absolute trust.
Have you thought of Jesus as something less than this…
or have you trusted Him as the Son of God?
Do not rush past this truth.
Everything that follows depends on this reality taking root.
